$300k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features from concept to production launch.
- Design scalable backend architectures and APIs.
- Lead system design focusing on performance and reliability.
- Build polished frontend experiences using React / Next.js.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and GTM teams.
- Mentor engineers and enhance overall engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack experience shipping production systems at scale.
- Ability to independently design and ship end-to-end features.
- Strong system design and data modeling skills.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Backend experience with Node.js and/or Python.
- Frontend experience with React / Next.js.
