Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance native iOS applications and features using Swift.
- Write scalable, reusable, maintainable code using modern iOS architectural patterns such as VIPER, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modularity.
- Develop unit, UI, and integration tests to maintain high code coverage and platform stability.
- Partner with Product Management, UI/UX Design, QA, and backend platform teams to deliver seamless iOS experiences.
- Integrate backend APIs, GraphQL, and cloud capabilities into the mobile experience.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous process improvements.
- Stay current with iOS SDK capabilities, WWDC updates, and Apple platform guidelines.
- Represent Docusign in the iOS developer community through technical sharing, blog posts, or conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of overall software product development experience.
- 3+ years writing native iOS applications in Swift backed by enterprise cloud or SaaS services.
- Experience publishing and supporting production applications in the Apple App Store.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Xcode CI/CD pipelines, TestFlight, App Store Connect, and modern dependency management across the iOS lifecycle.
- Experience delivering software iteratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong proficiency with modern Swift paradigms such as Async/Await and Combine, plus familiarity with SwiftUI and UIKit.
- Experience building modular iOS SDKs or reusable libraries for internal or external developers is preferred.
- Familiarity with Objective-C, mobile security standards, data encryption, secure storage, OAuth/SSO, and Apple Design Guidelines is preferred.
- Active personal app projects or open-source contributions are preferred.
