Responsibilities
- Own complex large-scale pipelines and deliver robust internal research tooling.
- Build and maintain shared developer tools, evaluation and data pipelines, training frameworks, cluster tooling, and CI systems.
- Expose clean APIs, automate model pushes, and surface live metrics between research and product.
- Write efficient, tested Python and systems code while supporting code review, CI, and observability.
- Design and optimize distributed services running on Kubernetes or SLURM across thousands of GPUs.
- Prototype CLI utilities and dashboards and develop them into stable shared libraries.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building and operating large-scale or distributed systems.
- Fluency in Python and one systems language such as C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration and schedulers such as Kubernetes or SLURM.
- Experience with modular software design, testing, CI/CD, observability, performance profiling, I/O optimization, and workflow automation.
- Self-starter who is collaborative, low-ego, and high-energy.
