Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that extract structured signals from resumes and develop lead-scoring models for interview success and role fit.
- Develop AI recruiter workflows for candidate screening, qualification, personalized outreach, and engagement.
- Automate customer security workflows, security questionnaires, compliance responses, contract review flows, and audit processes.
- Build accounts receivable, finance email, enterprise onboarding, account setup, and other operational automation tools.
- Integrate CRM and internal systems through APIs using Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier, n8n, and Make.
- Design and deploy LLM-powered systems using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and other models.
- Build HubSpot and Lark automations for sales and marketing efficiency, customer lifecycle engagement, retention, website personalization, ad content generation, and outbound email automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in backend, full-stack, or systems development.
- Demonstrated exceptional engineering ability through internships, startup experience, research, meaningful side projects, or similar work.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or modern AI tooling is a strong plus.
- Exceptional new graduates and engineers with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to build end-to-end systems and solve business and operational problems with technology.
- Ability to work across engineering, product, recruiting, sales, and operations in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
