Base Salary
$185k - $275k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of CoreWeave’s orchestration platform.
- Define architectural direction and own critical parts of the platform.
- Drive cross-organizational initiatives in scheduling and scaling.
- Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices in reliability.
- Ensure the orchestration layer evolves to meet next-generation AI demands.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proven track record in designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in Slurm/Kubernetes internals and cloud-native development.
- Advanced proficiency in Go and distributed systems design.
- Experience in setting technical direction and influencing architecture.
