Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex software solutions tailored to fintech requirements.
- Develop and refine microservices and web APIs supporting financial products and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, and project direction to development teams.
- Ensure software meets security standards and financial regulations.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Maintain quality through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Solve complex technical problems under tight deadlines.
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to align software with business objectives.
- Contribute technical insights, strategic planning, and innovation proposals.
- Stay current with fintech technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience with Java or other object-oriented languages such as C#.NET or PHP.
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.
- Experience with non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, or CosmosDB.
- Experience building web APIs of reasonable complexity.
- Familiarity with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience building and developing software is preferred.
