Base Salary
$140k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and operate platform-oriented core services supporting high-scale distributed systems across OnePay’s product ecosystem.
- Develop internal developer tooling and shared infrastructure to improve engineering velocity, reliability, and observability.
- Build and evolve frameworks for constructing and orchestrating agentic applications and intelligent automated workflows.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer workflows to increase deployment speed, reliability, and confidence.
Requirements
- 2–9 years of software engineering experience in fintech, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems environments.
- Experience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or frameworks that help engineers work more efficiently.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-availability platform services.
- Production experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Experience designing and building agentic developer tools for automation, collaboration, or intelligent workflows.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration and delivery improvements.
- Demonstrated drive and proactivity in a fast-moving builder environment.
