Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scripted, low-code, and no-code workflow automations.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor production workflow platforms, integrations, infrastructure, and supporting components.
- Validate workflow configurations, scripting logic, dependencies, releases, and rollback requirements before deployment.
- Build and maintain integrations involving file-transfer services, workflow agents, APIs, middleware, and automation connectors.
- Administer Linux and Windows workflow infrastructure, application servers, workflow agents, and platform components.
- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, problem resolution, upgrades, configuration changes, and environment maintenance.
- Support production workflow onboarding, client deployments, global production teams, proof-of-concepts, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Create technical specifications, documentation, and knowledge articles while identifying reusable and scalable automation patterns.
Requirements
- Experience supporting production workflow environments involving deadlines, hand-offs, assets, approvals, and production systems.
- Experience scripting or automating production processes using JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, shell scripting, or comparable automation tools.
- Experience in production, creative operations, workflow support, workflow automation, or related environments.
- Experience configuring or supporting low-code and no-code automation environments, including workflow builders, connectors, rule-based routing, form-driven processes, or business-user automation tools.
- Understanding of file transfer, workflow automation, production systems, APIs, integrations, and middleware.
- Experience with Linux and Windows server administration, Adobe scripting, Git, and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, root-cause analysis, and multi-system diagnosis skills.
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous technical problems and translate production needs into supportable workflow solutions.
