Responsibilities
- Develop scalable solutions and AI-enabled capabilities across data platforms and applications.
- Define source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and data quality rules.
- Oversee ETL design in Oracle and ensure reconciliation and validation control points.
- Partner with the Axiom team on model point alignment and submission readiness.
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and production cutover.
- Manage stakeholder communication, status updates, and risks or issues.
- Work across requirements gathering, solution design, building, and implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Python, HDFS, and Oracle databases.
- Skilled in PySpark, SQL, Airflow, data modeling, and ETL processing.
- Strong communication and proven stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Financial services experience is a plus.
- Hands-on Axiom experience and familiarity with regulatory reporting flows are a plus.
- Familiarity with GitLab and Jupyter Notebook is preferred.
- Knowledge of Java is an added advantage.
