Responsibilities
- Develop scalable solutions and AI-enabled capabilities across data platforms and applications.
- Gather requirements, design systems, build solutions, and implement software across the full development lifecycle.
- Define source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and data quality rules.
- Oversee ETL design in Oracle and ensure reconciliations, validations, and other control points.
- Partner with the Axiom team on model point alignment and submission readiness.
- Plan and execute UAT and manage production cutover.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage status, risks, and issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in software development; financial services experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Python, HDFS, and Oracle databases.
- Proficiency in PySpark, HDFS, SQL, Airflow, data modeling, and ETL processing.
- Hands-on experience with Axiom and regulatory reporting flows is a plus.
- Familiarity with GitLab and Jupyter Notebook is preferred.
- Knowledge of Java is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, logical thinking, and adaptability skills.
