Responsibilities
- Develop and support the business-critical Martech Content Platform.
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
- Own hands-on technical solutions from development through production.
- Provide technical leadership for a small team of developers from solution design through completion.
- Set standards for solution design, code quality, delivery, and technical governance.
- Act as a point of escalation during and outside office hours.
- Estimate work, produce solution documentation, and ensure delivery effort is accurately represented.
- Mentor and coach team members and distribute technical knowledge.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and understand the systems’ technical structure, domain, and architecture.
Requirements
- Experience with Kafka, Google Spanner, Golang, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript, or comparable technologies.
- Proven experience guiding development teams through technical projects to successful completion.
- Ability to mentor and coach developers.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- A proven record of developing high-availability, multi-browser-compatible systems.
- Experience working with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
