Responsibilities
- Deliver scalable, high-quality application solutions for business and customer needs.
- Design and develop intuitive, accessible digital experiences.
- Build and integrate services that support data flow and business process automation.
- Contribute to AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, agent-based workflows, and AI-assisted development.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Participate in solution design with focus on scalability, maintainability, and resilience.
- Maintain engineering quality through testing, peer reviews, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges and promote best practices.
- Optimise application performance, reliability, and user experience across the solution lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong experience in full-stack application development in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and modern front-end development.
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting scalable web applications.
- Strong understanding of API design, systems integration, and distributed application architectures.
- Expertise in relational database design, data modelling, performance optimisation, and data management.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle within Agile delivery teams.
- Practical experience applying AI-assisted development approaches to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of intelligent automation, agent-based workflows, and AI-enabled application solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies and AI capabilities.
