Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, testing, release, and maintenance of full-stack product features.
- Own features end to end from requirements and architecture through continuous improvement and technical debt management.
- Architect secure, scalable Azure services and establish engineering standards for delivery and operations.
- Build AI capabilities including LLM-powered features, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and MCP integrations.
- Improve product performance, reliability, observability, monitoring, and security.
- Lead code reviews, define coding standards, and promote AI-assisted development practices.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team and stakeholders to shape roadmaps and translate client feedback into product improvements.
- Mentor developers and lead documentation, internal demonstrations, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Extensive full-stack development experience with one or more of React/Node.js, .NET/C#, or Python/FastAPI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Proven experience taking products or features from concept through production with emphasis on testing, quality, and maintainability.
- Experience integrating LLMs and building real-world AI-powered features using prompt engineering, RAG, or agentic AI development.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, set standards, mentor developers, and remain hands-on.
- Strong problem-solving skills, engineering rigor, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Understanding of MCP, vector databases, and evaluation or testing approaches for AI systems is advantageous.
- Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Cursor is advantageous.
- Experience building SaaS or multi-tenant products is advantageous.
- Azure certifications, such as Azure AI Engineer, or equivalent practical experience are advantageous.
