Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the business-critical Verification platform.
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, maintainable, and performant software systems from development through production.
- Act as an escalation point for the team during and outside office hours.
- Apply governance to solution design and set standards for code quality and delivery.
- Own work estimation, solution documentation, and accurate delivery of technical effort.
- Lead a small team of developers and mentor and coach team members.
- Understand and maintain the technical structure, domain, and architecture of the team’s systems.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, and Typescript, with similar or alternative technologies considered.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Experience developing high-availability, multi-browser-compatible, multiuser, and service-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high standards of work.
- Ability to mentor and coach staff and produce clear technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of technical solutions.
