Responsibilities
- Work directly with strategic startup customers to understand critical workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prototype and iterate on prompts, agents, and workflow designs to unlock customer value.
- Synthesize and deliver feedback to Product and Research teams to improve model and product quality.
- Build repeatable tools and evaluation approaches to enhance quality across multiple use cases.
- Operate with strong judgment in ambiguous environments, balancing immediate problem-solving with long-term improvements.
- Build relationships within the startup ecosystem as a technical partner.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering and AI fundamentals.
- Experience as a startup CTO, software engineer, ML engineer, or Data Scientist.
- Familiarity with model training pipelines and reinforcement learning.
- Experience building AI applications, agents, or evaluation systems.
- Ability to work with highly technical users and translate challenges into technical signals.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
