Responsibilities
- Build internal AI solutions from scratch.
- Translate business requests into effective LLM architectures using RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
- Establish AI infrastructure that can scale with the business.
- Automate routine team processes to reduce the time required for recurring tasks.
- Improve access to data and knowledge to support faster decision-making.
- Create long-term AI systems that directly improve company efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 0.5 years of experience developing and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
- Experience implementing RAG, embedding processes, or vector databases.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and context management.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with LangChain, PydanticAI, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with N8N, Diffy, or other automation and orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of classical machine-learning algorithms, including regression, tree-based methods, and clustering.
- Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization fundamentals.
- Ability to read technical documentation and APIs and work with logs and observability.
