Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing scalable software solutions.
- Design and oversee software system architecture in accordance with best practices and industry standards.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues using advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advise management on technology-driven improvements to products, processes, and services.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts.
- Manage medium- to large-scale projects while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Build relationships with senior experts and stakeholders to support project and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or four-year bachelor's degree, or country-equivalent university degree.
- 8+ years of equivalent experience.
- Expertise designing and implementing scalable, robust software architectures.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Experience with complex problem solving, technical advisory work, project management, process improvement, and innovative solution development.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
