Responsibilities
- Lead on-shift technical delivery for enterprise Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migrations while enforcing runbook adherence and stable throughput.
- Enforce solution packaging, dependency, environment strategy, identity mapping, and connection readiness controls.
- Coordinate export/import, re-authentication, flow enablement, endpoint updates, and other pre- and post-migration actions.
- Triage and drive closure of defects involving connections, references, permissions, roles, environment settings, and unsupported components.
- Coordinate with Entra Apps and Identity disciplines on authentication, app registrations, and connector identity prerequisites.
- Produce migration logs, run results, exception registers, status updates, and sign-off evidence packs.
- Own and prioritize the shift backlog in the ticketing system and maintain actionable handovers across the three-shift model.
- Continuously improve migration runbooks, standardize fixes, and escalate product or tooling issues with diagnostic evidence.
- Coach engineers in consistent delivery practices and manage dependencies, risks, and impacts with program stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least one production tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migration delivered in a lead or senior SME capacity within an enterprise governance context.
- Strong hands-on Power Platform administration expertise covering environments, Dataverse awareness, solution lifecycle, security roles, and operational controls.
- Strong experience exporting and importing solutions and apps, moving flows into solutions, managing connection references, and performing post-migration reconfiguration.
- Ability to execute runbook-driven, high-volume delivery with quality gates and evidence capture.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Power Apps and Power Automate failures related to identity, connectors, permissions, and environment configuration.
- Availability and comfort working in a 24x7 three-shift factory model with formal handovers and shift reporting.
- Experience with ALM patterns, source control, pipelines, deployment practices, or environment strategies is preferred.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600, or equivalent experience, are preferred.
- Exposure to APIs, Azure Functions, service principals, third-party migration tooling, Power Pages, or Copilot Studio is preferred.
- Strong consulting, stakeholder communication, coaching, dependency-management, and cutover execution skills are required.
