SAP C4C Technical Consultant
Bosch GlobalResponsibilities
- Conduct technical fit-gap analysis and propose SAP best-practice solutions aligned with business requirements and solution architecture.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy complex SAP C4C solutions using SAP Cloud Applications Studio, ABSL, BODL, UI Designer, and UI Scripts.
- Create and extend custom business objects, fields, business logic, screens, UI enhancements, and custom UI components.
- Develop reusable technical components including reuse libraries, basic data types, code lists, custom notifications, print forms, and analytics-related extensions.
- Perform C4C administration, scoping, fine-tuning, lifecycle management, tenant management, and solution deployment.
- Design and implement integrations between SAP C4C and SAP, non-SAP, and external systems using APIs and web services.
- Work on mashups, HTML-based UI integrations, external content integration, tracing, debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Own technical design, effort estimation, development, code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure SAP development standards, coding best practices, solution quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders.
- Mentor and technically support junior consultants and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech., or MBA qualification.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting and technical delivery roles, including strong hands-on experience with SAP C4C, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), ABSL, and BODL.
- Experience developing custom business objects, extensions, fields, business logic, and UI enhancements.
- Strong understanding of C4C architecture, integrations, OData, SOAP/REST APIs, and web services.
- Experience with debugging, tracing, mashups, notifications, print forms, and lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with business, functional, and technical teams.
- Preferred experience with SAP Sales Cloud V1.
- Preferred exposure to SAP BTP, Integration Suite/CPI, and S/4HANA integration.
- SAP C4C, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certification is preferred.
