Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and support machine learning and AI models for real-world business problems.
- Build AI solutions using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
- Gather requirements and create high-level, low-level, technical design, and deployment documents.
- Develop proofs of concept and reusable assets or components for client and internal engagements.
- Communicate technical challenges, requirements, solutions, and delivery status to stakeholders, executives, support teams, and customers.
- Identify root causes, implement technical solutions, troubleshoot complex customizations, and contribute to process reviews and improvements.
- Follow development lifecycle best practices and support successful end-to-end implementation of client deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2+ years of technical experience and at least one end-to-end AI implementation.
- Programming experience with Python and knowledge of classification, regression, clustering, data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
- Experience with LLMs, GPT or open-source models, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases such as Chroma DB and FAISS.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL or NoSQL databases, and enterprise backend integrations.
- Ability to translate business requirements and designs into technical solutions and create technical and deployment documentation.
- Knowledge of Oracle AI capabilities, Oracle AI Database, Oracle ERP integrations, or Oracle Cloud reporting and data conversion is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry models and AI services, AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, and integration tools is advantageous.
- Experience with CMMI environments, AI certification, and Oracle AI features are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication, research, learning, troubleshooting, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
