Responsibilities

  • Execute and track ADMS deployment activities across on-premises and cloud test environments.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, patch, hotfix, license, and verify ADMS software deployments.
  • Manage operating-system-level certificates and configure access policies, including Group Policy Objects.
  • Provision and manage Azure virtual machines, networking, and related cloud infrastructure components.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues, risks, and recurring problems and drive them through resolution.
  • Coordinate deployment work with Release Managers, Architects, Test Managers, Product Security, Development, QA, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Create and maintain configuration plans, handover documentation, system status pages, and deployment records.
  • Act as a product-quality gatekeeper before minor and major software releases.
  • Contribute to deployment strategy, process and tooling improvements, knowledge sharing, and onboarding.
  • Use AI/Copilot tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve troubleshooting, documentation, and analysis.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in software deployment, infrastructure, systems engineering, or technical task delivery in complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience as a Deployment Engineer, Technical Engineer, or in a similar technical delivery role.
  • Experience managing operating-system-level certificates, including installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Azure cloud environments, including virtual machines, networking, and related cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Group Policy Objects.
  • Ability to identify risks, communicate them clearly, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Product, Security, Architecture, and Operations teams.
  • Proactive use of AI/Copilot tools for deployment automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and analysis.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • A university degree, preferably from a technical faculty, is required.
  • Experience with ADMS, utility software, SCADA, ADMS, OMS, or other mission-critical enterprise systems is advantageous.
