Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and documented code in C# according to team standards.
- Learn and contribute to APL, including developing features and fixing issues.
- Implement features from defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create and execute manual and automated E2E, API, and unit tests.
- Collaborate with software engineers, business experts, the Product Owner, and Technical Leads during analysis, refinement, and implementation.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and support existing functionality and defect resolution.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and continuous improvement of development practices and team processes.
- Gradually develop understanding of front-end, back-end, and SOA development.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a similar field.
- 1–3+ years of solid knowledge and experience with C# and .NET or .NET Framework.
- Basic understanding of software development practices, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience or interest in manual and automated software testing.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle or SQLite.
- Awareness of cloud and/or on-premises infrastructure is a plus.
- Willingness to learn APL, in-house tools, and other new technologies.
- Basic understanding of Scrum and interest in financial technology, derivatives, or investment management are valued.
- Readiness to work with and support existing legacy systems.
- Good written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level or higher.
- Proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn.
