Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in understanding end-to-end processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas suitable for automation.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and support the design of business solutions.
- Contribute to process improvement and RPA solution development and implementation using Blue Prism.
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing, before deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with RPA using Blue Prism.
- Exposure to process mapping, process analysis, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in improving work processes.
- A continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English at C1 level.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to additional automation tools or languages, basic REST API knowledge, Lean Six Sigma interest or certification, and insurance or shared-service experience.
