Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engineer and deliver vertical Agent workflows for Sales/Health use cases.
- Design and implement production-ready service architecture with high availability and scalability.
- Contribute to Agent evaluation frameworks and ensure continuous improvement of performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Applied AI, and GTM teams to execute high-priority delivery milestones.
- Adopt AI coding assistants and automated tools to enhance development velocity.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
- Experience building scalable online services and familiarity with distributed systems.
- Strong interest in AI applications and capability in productizing AI agents.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
