Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test AI agents for multi-step reasoning, workflow execution, tool usage, memory, and orchestration.
- Build prompt and context engineering solutions, including grounding strategies, hallucination reduction, evaluation frameworks, and automated testing pipelines.
- Develop RAG pipelines using enterprise knowledge sources and evaluate AI model effectiveness.
- Deploy AI solutions into business processes and integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, and business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to refine use cases, gather feedback, and improve solutions based on business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain production-quality Python applications with logging, monitoring, testing, observability, documentation, and cloud or containerized deployment.
- Monitor deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills and understanding of APIs, JSON, software integration, and REST services.
- Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing fundamentals.
- Experience or familiarity with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
- Experience with LLM applications, chatbots, copilots, AI assistants, RAG architectures, function calling, embeddings, semantic search, and context management.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with agent frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, as well as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Git, and software testing.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, and customer-focused skills; willingness to experiment and work directly with users.
