Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and optimize AI agents for multi-step reasoning, workflow execution, tool use, memory, and orchestration.
- Build prompt and context-engineering strategies, RAG pipelines, grounding methods, evaluation frameworks, and automated testing pipelines.
- Deploy AI solutions into business processes and integrate agents with APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, and business applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and domain experts to refine use cases, monitor deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve solutions based on business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain production-quality Python applications with logging, monitoring, testing, observability, documentation, and cloud or containerized deployment.
- Participate in code reviews and apply software engineering and operational best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong Python programming skills and understanding of APIs, JSON, REST services, and software integration.
- Familiarity with machine learning and natural language processing fundamentals.
- Experience or familiarity with LLM applications, chatbots, copilots, AI assistants, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Experience or familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, vector databases, agent frameworks, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and software testing.
- Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, customer-focus, and ability to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly.
- Hands-on experience building real-world agentic AI systems and exposure to enterprise-scale AI deployment and digital worker platforms are preferred.
