Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure AI agents, including agent logic, workflows, prompt engineering, context, memory, tool interactions, and escalation mechanisms.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, APIs, databases, and structured or unstructured data sources.
- Automate business processes and workflows using AI solutions and retrieval-based methods such as RAG.
- Test AI solutions against real-world scenarios, monitor accuracy, reliability, and adoption, and identify improvements.
- Assist with production deployment and maintenance of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional data, engineering, and product teams to translate requirements into functional workflows.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards and document workflows, configurations, and user guides.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in AI, data, automation, or technology-related roles, including internships or academic projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with generative AI and LLM tools such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio.
- Foundational understanding of APIs, data integration, automation workflows, prompt engineering, and AI application design.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, with Power Automate and Dataverse preferred.
- Basic understanding of RAG, vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, AI agents, MCP, and LLM tool or function calls is advantageous.
- Exposure to data analytics or BI tools, preferably Power BI, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and technical explanation skills.
- Hands-on project experience involving AI, automation, or data solutions is highly desirable.
