Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack internal tools that automate manual and repetitive workflows.
- Build AI-powered agents and copilots using tools such as Claude Code.
- Integrate existing tools and systems through APIs to streamline data flows.
- Partner with data scientists and data engineers across APAC to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Work with Marketing, Commercial, and Finance stakeholders to translate operational pain points into working tools.
- Own delivery from prototyping through deployment and production support on GCP.
- Partner with central Engineering and IT teams on architecture, security, and coding standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer or in a similar hands-on build role.
- Strong working experience with Python.
- Experience building front-end applications with Next.js.
- Experience with Node.js or FastAPI for back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with GCP.
- Practical experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants to build and ship tools.
- Experience with GitLab or GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
