Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered products, applications, intelligent workflows, and reusable AI services for the People Organization.
- Build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that coordinate actions across enterprise platforms, systems, business functions, and workflows.
- Implement agent orchestration, memory, tool calling, workflow execution, knowledge retrieval, reasoning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation capabilities.
- Develop secure integrations using APIs, event-driven architectures, enterprise services, data sources, and operational systems.
- Partner with HR, business, process, and technology leaders to identify AI transformation opportunities across recruiting, onboarding, learning, employee services, talent management, workforce planning, and people analytics.
- Create prototypes and scale AI solutions while supporting adoption, measurable value delivery, product roadmaps, and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, compliance, responsible AI, monitoring, observability, testing, and evaluation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of software development or solution engineering experience.
- At least 3 years developing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Advanced experience with AI coding tools, Python, APIs, enterprise integration development, large language models, and agentic AI architectures.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying enterprise AI agents that coordinate activities across multiple business platforms and technology ecosystems.
- Experience with multi-agent architectures, agent orchestration frameworks, tool calling, workflow execution, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, knowledge retrieval, and reasoning systems.
- Practical experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Technology, or Workforce Transformation environments.
- Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR service delivery processes.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in large global enterprises, ServiceNow Employee Workflows and AI capabilities, Azure cloud-native solutions, vector databases, semantic search, enterprise knowledge management, RAG patterns, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and product or agile delivery models.
