Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the Airwallex engineering system.
- Collaborate with business/product teams to understand needs and guide development directions.
- Design and develop components based on the company's microservice framework.
- Introduce innovative technologies and solutions for the team.
- Manage the technical team and establish internal coding standards.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of Core Java development experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in Internet application or large financial system development.
- At least 1 year of experience in payment platform development.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Proficient in Java 8 and familiar with multi-threading, high concurrency, and network communication.
- Experience in designing and developing large-scale distributed systems.
