Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and implementation of the Airwallex engineering system.
- Work with business and product teams on requirements, system analysis, architecture design, and core function development.
- Design and develop components using the company’s microservice framework.
- Introduce innovative technologies and solutions for the team.
- Support technical team construction and management and establish internal coding standards.
- Develop business-critical billing capabilities for pricing and invoicing workflows.
Requirements
- More than 6 years of Core Java development experience.
- More than 5 years of internet application, large financial system, or e-commerce platform development experience.
- More than 1 year of payment platform development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major.
- Proficiency in Java 8, Java multithreading, high concurrency, IO/NIO, and network communication.
- Experience with design patterns and large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, high-load, and highly available systems.
- Knowledge of common server technologies, service-response and data-query optimization, and service-quality management.
