Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Use Apache Spark for distributed computing and big-data processing.
- Debug and optimize Spark applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements.
- Document software designs, processes, and code.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members on technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Apache Spark.
- Proficiency in Apache Spark and experience integrating it with other data-processing tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
