Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, configure, and customize software components and ServiceNow ITOM Discovery modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain existing software, improve functionality, and resolve issues involving discovery data and integrations.
- Troubleshoot discovery processes and contribute solutions to work-related technical problems.
- Document development processes and communicate project progress clearly.
- Participate in team discussions, work independently, and contribute as a subject matter expert.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network protocols relevant to discovery processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot discovery data and integration issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge of IT operations management and discovery workflow best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
