Responsibilities
- Engineer bespoke applications that accelerate the solutions lifecycle.
- Automate manual workflows and develop monitoring dashboards.
- Work with delivery, risk operations, and strategy teams to identify process friction and implement practical solutions.
- Query complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL.
- Build integrations between disparate systems using REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Develop insightful and performant dashboards with modern BI and data visualization tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Developer, BI Developer, Process Automation Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in at least one major language, such as Python or JavaScript.
- Deep expertise in SQL for querying complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Proven experience building dashboards with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs to integrate disparate systems.
- Knowledge of software engineering, automation, cloud computing, data engineering, infrastructure as code, platform engineering, observability, reliability, security engineering, system integration, and related practices.
