Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using the .NET ecosystem.
- Build scalable full-stack applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies.
- Integrate Azure AI capabilities into existing and new applications.
- Develop and operationalize AI-powered search, RAG solutions, and assisted or autonomous agents.
- Integrate LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector-based search into .NET applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines and AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Optimize AI application performance, including token usage, latency, embeddings, and caching.
- Work with product, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
- Tune application performance, scalability, and troubleshooting processes.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall full-stack development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem, including C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
- Experience with SQL Server, database development, Entity Framework, and ORM concepts.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, plus exposure to React or Angular.
- Experience with Azure App Service, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, application performance, scalability, troubleshooting, secure application development, and API integration.
- 2–4 years of experience in AI Engineering or Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector-based search, and Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Azure AI Search features including vector search, hybrid search, and reranking.
- Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and integrating AI capabilities into .NET applications.
- Preferred experience with Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, M365 integration, Microsoft Foundry, and AI agents or agentic workflows.
