- Develop automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, support processes, code packaging, deployment, and related procedures.
- Build tools and pipelines that support continuous integration and delivery across environments.
- Document development work, procedures, and test plans.
- Track system and service performance and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to identify and resolve continuous integration and delivery challenges.
- Develop and follow security, engineering, and operational best practices.
- Use AI tools to support productivity, testing, and automation.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in computer science or a related field, including coursework in software development, systems, networking, or security.
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems, containers, databases, and source code, build, deployment, orchestration, or configuration management tools.
- Experience writing code and scripts in at least one high-level programming language.
- Familiarity with public cloud architecture and technologies, preferably AWS.
- Interest in automation, reverse engineering, secure and resilient applications, performance measurement, and solving technical problems.
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and processes, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Familiarity with AI tools that assist with software development, testing, and deployment.
