Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical design and architecture for Salesforce implementations across multiple workstreams.
- Define and govern scalable, reusable, high-performance Salesforce architecture.
- Lead development teams and conduct technical design and code reviews.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions into Salesforce business workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering delivery efficiency.
- Identify and resolve Salesforce platform limitations, performance issues, and integration challenges.
- Collaborate on cross-team architectural decisions and facilitate architecture workshops.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
- Oversee security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and other non-functional requirements.
- Mentor technical teams and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required, with 10–12+ years in Salesforce Technical Architecture noted elsewhere in the posting.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture and enterprise architecture principles.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and REST, SOAP, and event-driven integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns and architectural best practices.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and automation tools.
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance, and reusable systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and DevOps practices.
- Experience managing multiple technical workstreams and exposure to enterprise-scale delivery models.
- Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce AI Associate certification is mandatory.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification and hands-on Generative AI project experience are desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
