Base Salary
$214k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement company-wide security standards, firewalls, encryption, and identity and access management tools.
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments and remediate security gaps.
- Script and deploy automated security tools, including security scanning integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Leverage and contribute to open-source tools and technologies.
- Build observability systems for monitoring, issue detection, debugging, and incident mitigation.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience focused on security.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one systems-level language, such as Go, Rust, or C++.
- Expertise across application security, cloud infrastructure, and identity and access management.
- Ability to scale security beyond manual processes.
- Technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with GPU clusters and AI/ML deployments and operations is preferred.
