Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement company-wide security standards and measures.
- Conduct routine penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
- Automate security processes and integrate scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to open source tools and technologies.
- Build observability systems for performance monitoring and incident response.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on security.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one systems-level language (e.g., Go, Rust, or C++).
- Expert knowledge in application security, cloud infrastructure, and IAM.
- Demonstrated ability to scale security processes beyond manual tasks.
- Technical leadership and ability to work cross-functionally.
