Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and troubleshoot secure software solutions across multiple technical areas.
- Create high-quality production code and maintain algorithms that integrate with related systems.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI coding tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation while validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts and ensure software code satisfies design constraints.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify patterns and improve application coding hygiene and system architecture.
- Apply software development lifecycle tools and automation capabilities to improve delivery effectiveness.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience for specified NAMR/APAC, India, LATAM, and Hong Kong regions; advanced applied experience for specified EMEA/LATAM-Brazil regions, with Singapore following local guidance.
- Relevant experience demonstrating growth as a full-stack developer.
- Extensive development experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular 17 or later, or React 17 or later, with at least one of Angular or React.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design principles, clean code, secure coding, and code refactoring.
- Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development and Git or another source code management tool.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and critically evaluating and refining generated outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Strong written and listening skills, technical competency, analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience with AWS or Azure; Jenkins, Docker, or Spinnaker; relational or non-relational databases such as SQL or MongoDB; and Agile development methodology.
