Responsibilities
- Architect and lead large-scale machine learning platforms and services for model training, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Applied Science, and Product teams to productionize reliable, performant, and compliant ML models.
- Define and implement model versioning, automated retraining, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.
- Lead technical decisions and platform evolution for scalable, secure, and maintainable ML infrastructure.
- Optimize inference systems for real-time and batch applications across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Advise leadership and engineering teams on architecture decisions and ML infrastructure investments.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers and build technical capabilities across the organization.
- Evaluate and incorporate technologies and frameworks to advance the ML engineering roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software or machine learning engineering experience, including significant leadership and architecture experience.
- Proven experience building and scaling machine learning systems in production.
- Deep proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Expertise in distributed systems, AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools, model performance monitoring, and continuous delivery of ML solutions.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing cross-functional architectural strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
