Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate software testing activities across the software development lifecycle using Micro Focus Quality Center/ALM.
- Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test suites, and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, test execution, and defects.
- Execute manual functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Prepare and maintain test execution reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus Quality Center/ALM and manual testing of enterprise applications.
- Understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle.
- Working knowledge of JIRA for issue tracking, project coordination, and Agile delivery support.
- Knowledge of banking processes and applications, with prior banking or financial services experience.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and independent working skills.
