Base Salary
$85k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, construct, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
- Perform continuous security, API, regression, performance, functionality, and usability testing.
- Apply business and functional knowledge, testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies to meet test objectives.
- Execute test cases, document results, track defects, and maintain accessible testing records.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.
- Complete assigned testing activities within delivery timelines and produce estimates for new functionality or enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end Agile manual and automated software testing experience.
- Experience with technical test execution, test management, code reviews, defect monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience developing test scripts and performing functional testing with Java and JavaScript; Python is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Rational and CQ testing administration tools, a NoSQL database, and JIRA or similar defect tracking tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, time-management, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in changing priorities, high-pressure environments, and strict deadlines.
- Gatling, Scala, REST APIs, Jenkins, GitHub, AI test case creation, and Agile certification experience are preferred.
- Established U.S. residency for at least 3 of the last 5 years and ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust.
