Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for web and API applications.
- Build and maintain scalable and reliable test automation frameworks.
- Perform API testing, database validation, and end-to-end system testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to support high-quality releases and early defect detection.
- Track and investigate defects and contribute to debugging and problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for test automation.
- Hands-on API testing experience with Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience with Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing best practices.
- Experience with Jira or similar defect tracking tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner for performance testing.
- Preferred knowledge of Java or Python for automation scripting.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
- Preferred exposure to security testing concepts, large-scale enterprise applications, and Linux operating systems.
