Responsibilities
- Build, test, maintain, and document AI-enabled applications, workflows, and reusable accelerators.
- Develop generative AI, Claude, LLM, RAG, agentic workflow, API, and automation prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Assist with prompt and context engineering, structured outputs, tool use, function calling, human-in-the-loop review, and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate AI capabilities with ServiceNow, enterprise platforms, authorized knowledge sources, and business data.
- Support document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation, testing, monitoring, feedback loops, and quality improvements.
- Implement or support safeguards for privacy, access control, prompt injection, unsafe tool execution, hallucinations, bias, and sensitive decisions.
- Collaborate on requirements gathering, solution design, sprint activities, code reviews, demos, implementation work, documentation, and technical research.
- Research emerging AI and Anthropic capabilities and contribute to Agent Packs, accelerators, prompt libraries, evaluation assets, and product enhancements.
- Travel to clients and conferences as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience through internships, co-ops, research, freelance work, academic projects, or professional roles.
- Experience with one or more programming languages, preferably Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or similar.
- Foundational understanding of software engineering, APIs, databases, source control, and cloud-based applications.
- Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, machine learning, data science, or automation concepts.
- Familiarity with context windows, token usage, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use/function calling, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, SQL, Docker, LLM APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or cloud AI services.
- Foundational understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, model limitations, human oversight, and safe AI deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include AI, automation, chatbot, workflow, or data-driven project experience; Claude or Anthropic experience; LLM application development; RAG, vector database, agent, or human-in-the-loop knowledge; ServiceNow familiarity; AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud exposure; Model Context Protocol knowledge; and interest in enterprise consulting and digital transformation.
