Responsibilities
- Fine-tune Large Language Models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and iterate on training processes to improve model relevance and performance.
- Apply model evaluation metrics and performance-tuning strategies in real-world scenarios.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and serve as a subject-matter expert.
- Evaluate stakeholder feedback and integrate it to refine model performance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
