Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to the architecture and roadmap of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and Contributor Relations.
- Design, develop, maintain, configure, and optimize PeopleSoft customizations and reusable technical components.
- Define development standards, review technical designs and code, document solutions, and guide internal and external developers.
- Design and maintain REST and SOAP APIs and integrations with identity, CRM, payment, faculty, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage development source code in GitHub and collaborate on PeopleTools upgrades, PUM updates, infrastructure upgrades, and environment management.
- Provide third-line production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, vendor coordination, and technical modernization planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant PeopleSoft development experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Technical Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and proven expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, and SQL.
- At least five years of experience with Oracle Database.
- Experience designing and integrating REST/SOAP web services with enterprise systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include PeopleSoft Contributor Relations, higher education, Fluid Framework, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and Git-based source control experience.
- Preferred certifications include Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools, Oracle Campus Solutions, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals AZ-900, and optionally Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
