$405k - $485k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and roadmap for config and experimentation infrastructure.
- Maintain and enhance the architecture for feature flagging and experimentation systems.
- Design and build scalable, reliable distributed infrastructure for experimentation workloads.
- Own and evolve platforms that enable safe shipping of config changes and experiments.
- Define standards and frameworks for experimentation and configuration management.
Requirements
- Deep experience with configuration management and experimentation platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and/or Go.
- Passion for developer productivity and reducing friction in development processes.
- Experience with container orchestration and large-scale infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to support internal partners.
