Responsibilities
- Design and develop maintainable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Build digital experiences for customers and employees.
- Develop REST and SOAP integrations with external business systems.
- Manage deployments and contribute to application lifecycle, source control, release, and automated testing practices.
- Improve performance, security, code quality, test coverage, and platform scalability.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and help strengthen the in-house Salesforce engineering capability.
Requirements
- Around five years of hands-on Salesforce development experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Strong practical experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience designing and building REST or SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
- Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, automated testing, code review, and source control.
- Sound technical judgment, problem-solving skills, and a focus on secure, supportable, and scalable solutions.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively and share ideas.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; Platform Developer II or relevant specialist certifications are preferred.
