Base Salary
$138k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams, business and product partners, and geographically distributed colleagues to align on and deliver common AI capabilities.
- Architect and implement high-impact machine learning and LLM-powered solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable data processing pipelines and model inference services.
- Experiment with, develop, and productionize machine learning models, services, and platforms.
- Deploy AI solutions into public cloud infrastructure.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field and at least three years of development experience, including at least two years working on AI solutions.
- Experience using LLMs such as OpenAI or Anthropic models to solve business problems, including tracing, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Strong Python programming skills and deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, and statistics.
- Ability to independently design end-to-end solutions with attention to modern architecture, scalability, and security.
- Knowledge of data management, data model design, and real-time processing using SQL and NoSQL stores such as Postgres, OpenSearch, and Redis.
- Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML idea generation and GenAI-based solutions, along with strong communication skills for senior technical and business partners.
- Financial-services experience in Asset and Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Investment Banking is preferred.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning and small language model inference is preferred.
- Ability to develop full-stack products with modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as Next.js and Svelte is preferred.
- Knowledge of Go or Rust and expert knowledge of a cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes are preferred.
