Responsibilities
- Build and operate backend services in Python on AWS.
- Tackle backend challenges related to latency, reliability, and scale.
- Own systems end-to-end from architecture to incident response.
- Make key architectural decisions and influence product direction.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to shape future features.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Python and backend systems on cloud platforms.
- Strong system design skills with the ability to make architectural trade-offs.
- Experience in data pipelines, event-driven architectures, or serverless systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
