Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-grade features across Node.js and React.js.
- Design scalable APIs, microservices, integrations, data pipelines, and real-time systems.
- Own database design, performance, and scalability across SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Drive technical design reviews, code quality, engineering practices, and technical decisions.
- Mentor engineers and provide hands-on technical leadership.
- Build reliable, observable systems and improve production performance.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js expertise.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and data pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and PySpark.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure tooling.
- Strong understanding of testing, code reviews, system design, and performance optimization.
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical decisions.
